Responsibilities: Management & Strategy Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to stay up to date with industry developments. Ensure that sales guidelines are current and fully complied with across the organization. Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as realistic forecasts to the management team.
Sales Process Manage both direct and indirect sales channels, and together with team's member to set the focus and target per sales, customer and product. Initiate and oversee online marketing activities and customer engagement events.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and distributors by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Identify emerging markets and shifts in market dynamics, while maintaining a strong awareness of new products and competitor positioning. Review distributor performance and provide support on key accounts and within strategic industries.
Stay ahead of customers creditability, collection and contract document. Assist the teams in acquiring, preparing and closing major projects in technical and commercial matters and resolve complex customers topics. Prepare the accurate sales forecast, business cooking, key account management for executive leadership
