About the role We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Pratama Graha Semesta. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales force to achieve ambitious targets, while ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta What you'll be doing Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

Lead, coach and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, implementing improvements as necessary Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation by providing valuable insights and recommendations

What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Penjualan industry Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a sales team to achieve their targets

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and team members Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
