Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across enterprise customers. Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers while expanding existing accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and executive stakeholders. Manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification and solution presentation to negotiation and closing. Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical, Delivery, and Product teams to develop competitive technology solutions.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews for management. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in Enterprise IT Solution Sales, System Integrator, Technology Distributor, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Software, or Digital Solutions. Previous experience leading a sales team is highly preferred.
Strong network within enterprise customers across commercial or corporate industries. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
