Peran ini berfokus pada pengembangan bisnis melalui pencarian klien potensial untuk layanan logistik ekspor-impor dan door-to-door. Sebagai bagian dari tim penjualan, Anda bertanggung jawab untuk membangun serta memelihara hubungan jangka panjang dengan mitra bisnis dan klien kunci, melakukan kunjungan klien, mempresentasikan solusi logistik yang tepat, serta menegosiasikan tarif dan ketentuan layanan guna mencapai target penjualan perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Identify and acquire potential clients for export-import and door-to-door logistics services; Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners; Conduct client visits, present logistics solutions, and negotiate service rates and business terms; Follow up on leads, quotations, and business opportunities to achieve sales targets; Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address client requirements; Job req:; Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major; Fluent in English and Indonesia. Mandarin is preferred; Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related roles and industry; Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, export-import, or door-to-door services is preferred; Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills; Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to conduct client visits/business development activities.
