Sales Field Representative

About the Role We're looking for a driven field sales professional to grow Treelogy's presence across retail, café, and boutique accounts. You'll run a territory end-to-end — from cold prospecting through to closing, servicing, and fulfillment — and be the face of our brand with buyers across Bali and Jakarta. Experience 3–5+ years in field sales or distribution, ideally with a premium or specialty consumer brand (specialty coffee, wellness, gourmet F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality supply) — not mass-market FMCG

Proven track record opening new retail/café/boutique accounts and growing them — not just order-taking Experience negotiating commercial terms: consignment, wholesale, margins, and commission structures Has genuinely run a territory end-to-end (prospect → close → service → fulfill) — common in distributor or small-brand backgrounds

Personal Attributes Aligned with premium brand sensibility — presents well, understands what "premium" looks and feels like Reliable and accountable, especially when managing consignment stock and payment tracking

Resilient and proactive — prospecting involves rejection, and you take it in stride Genuinely mobile and enthusiastic about being in the field
