Sales Executive - Paint Protection Film product

Adecco is partnering with a leading Japanese paint and paint products manufacturing company and the world's fourth largest paint manufacturer company, that located in North Jakarta area to hire a Sales Executive. Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring premium customers, and achieving assigned sales targets. Conduct regular customer visits to build strong relationships, understand market needs, and generate new business.

Manage distributor partnerships to ensure effective coverage, product availability, and compliance with company policies. Protect and grow existing accounts by promoting the right product portfolio and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty. Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive aftermarket, PPF, coatings, or related industries.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets, acquiring new customers, and managing distributor networks. Strong negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills. Results-driven, analytical, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools. Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
