We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive - Medical Equipment (Semarang) to support sales growth through data-driven strategies, marketplace optimization, and strategic partnerships. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve sales performance, manage partnerships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities : Analyze market trends and customer behavior to develop effective sales strategies
Support pricing, bundling, and product positioning strategies based on sales data Manage and optimize sales performance across marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.) Monitor sales data and identify opportunities to improve revenue and business performance
Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors and business partners Negotiate with suppliers and manage partnership agreements Plan and evaluate promotional programs to maximize sales performance and ROI
Prepare regular business and sales performance reports using data analysis tools Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, commercial strategy, or marketplace management Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
