• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to develop effective sales strategies
• Support pricing, bundling, and product positioning strategies based on sales data
• Manage and optimize sales performance across marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.)
• Monitor sales data and identify opportunities to improve revenue and business performance
• Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors and business partners
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage partnership agreements
• Plan and evaluate promotional programs to maximize sales performance and ROI
• Prepare regular business and sales performance reports using data analysis tools
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, commercial strategy, or marketplace management
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Good understanding of sales strategy, marketplace operations, and promotional planning
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
• Proactive, adaptable, and result-oriented mindset
