Our client is a luxury resort in Bali, Indonesia seeking a Sales Executive. The role manages sales enquiries, builds relationships with travel agents and business partners, and drives bookings and revenue through tailored guest offerings. It is a shift-based role focused on sales performance and high-touch guest experience.
Responsibilities & Duties: Sales & Business Development Manage sales enquiries from guests, travel agents, and business partners through various communication channels
Proactively follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and revenue opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, wholesalers, corporate clients, and strategic partners, including partners serving Mandarin-speaking customer segments. Promote resort accommodation, dining experiences, wellness offerings, and bespoke guest experiences
Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through tailored packages, villa upgrades, and additional resort services Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales correspondence in a timely and professional manner Maintain strong market awareness and contribute ideas to drive business growth and guest satisfaction
