Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new B2B client prospects Approach potential clients through various channels (calls, meetings, networking, etc.)
Understand client needs and offer suitable HRIS solutions Conduct product presentations and demos together with the technical team (Sales Engineer) Build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners
Handle negotiations and close deals Achieve assigned sales targets Prepare proposals and sales-related documents
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, operations) Prepare regular sales activity reports Manage customer database
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) / bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as B2B Sales (preferably HRIS / Software / IT Solution / SaaS)
- Experienced in product presentations and handling client meetings
- Familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experienced in handling end-to-end sales process
