Job Descriptions: Secure new corporate shipping accounts by building new customer relationship and growing shipment opportunities. Maintain strong professional ties with existing logistics clients to secure continuous shipping volumes.
Analyze client supply chains, identify bottlenecks, and present optimized cargo movement options, including ocean freight, air freight and other logistics services domestically and internationally Coordinate with carriers, airlines, and overseas agents to secure competitive ocean/air freight rates. Work closely with operations and overseas partners to ensure smooth coordination and support business expansion into new markets.
Monitor credit terms and ensure timely collections of outstanding client invoices. Provide regular pipeline reviews, competitor analyses, and revenue forecasts to corporate leadership Compensation : Basic salary + Commission
Job Requirements: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. At least 2 years of total sales experience in freight forwarding/shipping lines
Strong communication and negotiation skills A deep understanding of Indonesian customs regulations (Bea Cukai) Understand Export, Import and Freight Forwarding operations flow
