Sales Executive Elevator (Jakarta - Surabaya - Bali)

The opportunity As a SALES EXECUTIVE ELEVATOR : West Area (Jakarta) & East Area (Surabaya & Bali) at PT Venindo Jaya Abadi, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and expansion in the Jakarta Raya region. This full-time position is responsible for providing high-quality sales support and consultation to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the business. Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned geographical area Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both the company and the client

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing excellent post-sales support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns Contribute to the company's overall sales and revenue goals by consistently meeting or exceeding individual targets

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and optimise sales strategies What We're Looking For Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Elevator Business

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build trust with clients Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools to track, manage, and report on sales activities
