PT Nusantara Trade Mandiri (PT NUS) is a company seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand distribution networks for cigarette products in the Central Java region. This remote-based role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing strategic distribution channels, and strengthening market presence through effective territory management.
The Sales Executive will play a key role in business expansion by building strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, agents, and retailers. The position requires a self-driven individual who enjoys field work, identifying new growth opportunities, and delivering measurable business results while maintaining a customer-oriented mindset.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor or 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative
- Preferably experienced in the Tobacco or FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of distribution management, General Trade, and territory development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Own vehicle and valid driving license required
