The work arrangement for this role is Remote under one of our entities, PT Nusantara Trade Mandiri (PT NUS) POSITION INTRODUCTORY: The position is responsible for achieving sales targets and territory KPIs through effective territory management, distribution expansion, and structured market penetration. This role focuses on developing official distribution channels starting from high-potential small cities and strengthening the distribution foundation before expanding into wider markets. The position operates independently and is fully accountable for planning and executing sales activities within the assigned territory.
RESPONSIBLITIES: Achieve sales targets and KPIs in the assigned territory. Develop and expand distribution through licensed wholesalers, sub-distributors, and authorized agents.
Support the implementation of a structured multi-tier distribution system (principal–distributor–agent–retail). Strengthen distribution foundations before entering small retail outlets. Execute trade programs and ensure proper implementation in the field.
Monitor stock movement, pricing stability, product availability, and competitor activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners. Identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas.
Prepare regular sales performance and territory reports to the Sales Manager. Spend majority of time in the field to ensure effective market coverage and execution. REQUIREMENTS:
