As a full-time Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, understanding their technical needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their business objectives. What You’ll Be Doing Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective customers.

Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities and generate qualified leads through proactive outreach, market research, and networking. Technical Consultation: Assess customer requirements and provide expert technical advice and recommendations on Quantum (Compressor and Utility) products and services. Proposal & Value Pitching: Prepare detailed technical proposals and commercial quotations, effectively communicating our value proposition.

Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to meet and exceed sales targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the wider engineering and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the industrial utility sector.
