Posisi Sales Engineer (Solar Panel) dirancang bagi para profesional pemasaran teknis yang bersemangat tinggi untuk mengembangkan pangsa pasar produk energi surya dan material bangunan. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pencarian pelanggan baru (new customers), pemeliharaan hubungan bisnis jangka panjang yang berkelanjutan, serta mempromosikan produk energi terbarukan secara target-oriented. Kandidat juga harus bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas (traveling) untuk kunjungan pelanggan, pengembangan bisnis, serta siap direlokasi ke berbagai wilayah penempatan seperti Banjarmasin, Pontianak, Batam, atau Medan.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Good command of English, Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; At least 1 year of sales experience in the solar panel industry; an engineering background is preferred; Strong knowledge of solar energy products or building materials is an advantage; Proven ability to develop new customers and maintain long-term business relationships; Target-oriented with a strong passion for sales; Willing to travel for customer visits and business development & willing to relocate; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Possession of a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) is preferred.
Kualifikasi
