About the Role PT Roda Nurmala is seeking talented and experienced Sales Engineer Project professionals to join our expanding sales team. As part of our regional growth strategy, we are strengthening our presence across the West Indonesia and East Indonesia regions to accelerate business expansion in the High-Rise Building (HRB) , Industrial , Oil & Gas , and Power Plant sectors. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise and consultative sales approach to identify new business opportunities, provide value-driven engineering solutions, establish long-term customer partnerships, and contribute to the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities by understanding customer requirements and providing value-added technical solutions. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, technical proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Collaborate closely with the Engineering and Technical teams to ensure successful project execution and timely resolution of customer issues. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent after-sales support and identifying opportunities for repeat business. Contribute to sales planning and business development strategies while sharing market insights and best practices with the team.
Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer , Technical Sales Engineer , or in a similar technical sales role. Experience handling projects in High-Rise Buildings (HRB) , Industrial , Oil & Gas , or Power Plant sectors will be a strong advantage. Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of accountability. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
