Key responsibilities Identify and qualify sales leads within the Chinese-speaking market segment, utilising networking, market research, and direct outreach strategies Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, explaining packaging solutions and their benefits in Mandarin Provide pre-sales technical support and consulting to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate packaging solutions Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, acting as their primary technical contact and trusted advisor Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and technical specifications tailored to client needs Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure products meet client specifications and quality standards Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the Chinese-speaking segment to identify opportunities Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives as set by management Maintain accurate records of client interactions, negotiations, and sales activities using CRM systems Support post-sale activities including follow-up, technical assistance, and customer satisfaction initiatives Requirements
