Industry: Industrial Automation & Instrumentation Target Customers: PLN, power plants, EPC contractors, petrochemical companies, refineries, and manufacturing plants. Develop and maintain relationships with key industrial customers in East Java.
Drive sales of industrial instrumentation, temperature measurement, and thermal engineering solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, technical discussions, proposal preparation, negotiation, and project closing. Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Expand business opportunities within BUMN, EPC, power plant, oil & gas, petrochemical, and manufacturing sectors. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer for instrumentation & automation products
Proven experience handling BUMN accounts , power plants, EPC contractors, or industrial manufacturing clients. Strong network within industrial sectors in East Java. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willing to travel within Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, Pasuruan, and surrounding industrial areas.
