Our experienced engineering and manufacturing teams are dedicated to solving complex spray technology challenges through innovative, high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities Develop and expand sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers across multiple industries (food, process, fabrication, and all general industries). Increase sales revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
Consult with customers to understand their manufacturing processes and recommend appropriate spray technology solutions. Provide technical application support through plant audits, product demonstrations, Lunch & Learn sessions, seminars, and customer presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships through regular customer visits and proactive follow-up.
Utilize CRM and other digital tools to manage customer activities and sales opportunities. Spend approximately 70% of working time visiting customers and traveling within the assigned territory.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical discipline (preferred), minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Previous sales experience serving the food, process manufacturing, fabrication, or general industrial sectors is preferred
- Experience with pumping, piping, controls, or maintenance is helpful
- Customer management skills: willingness to ask tough questions, problem-solving skills – ability to communicate solution value, diligent follow-up – sales results
- Reliable, organized, inquisitive, and ambitious
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Power BI
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
