1. Technical Support a. Explain the Technical Aspects of our products or services to customers. b. Conduct product demonstrations and answer technical questions.

2. Customer Interaction a. Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and offer solutions. b. Help customers with product configurations and customizations.

3. Sales Assistance a. Support the sales team in closing deals by addressing technical concerns. b. Prepare technical proposals and documentations.

4. Relationship Management a. Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support. b. Act as a point of contact for any technical issues or questions.

Domicile in Balikpapan is preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical or a related field Experienced in a similar technical or sales role is preferred Skills:
