About PT. Wahana Inti Selaras: As the exclusive distributor of John Deere tractors and agricultural equipment in Indonesia, PT. Wahana Inti Selaras is dedicated to providing cutting-edge machinery and solutions that empower farmers to achieve greater productivity. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated Sales Engineer to drive growth and strengthen our business in the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: Scout and engage potential customers in your area, understanding their needs and matching them with the right solutions.
Offer expert guidance on our products, demonstrating their benefits and conducting presentations and product demos. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to offer valuable insights and refine sales approaches.
Work with internal teams (Service, Marketing, Finance) to deliver exceptional service and ensure a seamless customer experience. Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and providing outstanding service.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales; experience selling genset is preferred
- Flexible to travel within your region to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and understand their needs.
- Familiarity with industrial sector, especially in selling genset.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-starter who can manage their schedule and territory effectively.
- Has a type A or C driving license; own vehicle is a plus
- Preferably a local resident.
