What You'll Actually Do? Reach out to potential clients through calls and follow-ups from assigned lead pools Start conversations and identify business needs or challenges
Qualify prospects before handing them over to the Business Advisor team Update CRM activities, call notes, and prospect information accurately Coordinate warm handoffs to the sales team with clear qualification summaries
