Description FINNS Beach Club is looking for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator provides the essential administrative backbone for the Sales Department. Your mission is to remove all "paperwork friction" from the Sales Manager and Executives. You manage the documentation, financial tracking, and sales assets that allow the "Hunters" to stay in the field and close deals. Summary

Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports, comparing actual results to targets. Issue pro-forma and final invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments to clear commissions for payout. Maintain the master “Draw vs. Earned” tracker for the Sales team.

Sales Assets & Documentation Draft and release Sales Contracts and Event Agreements based on approved terms. Update all sales kits, menus, brochures, and rate sheets under the Director’s guidance.

Manage the "Event List Preparation" to ensure venue availability. Coordination & Programs Handle reservations and tracking for the Promoter/Influencer Program in coordination with the Sales Director.
