Sales Coordinator

About the role We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team at PT. TRITON GLOBAL ABADI, a growing company based in Batam focused on the supply of marine and industrial goods. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. What you'll be doing Coordinating and organising sales activities to ensure efficient and effective execution

Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales reports, and maintaining customer records Monitor and follow up on purchase orders (POs) from customers, ensuring timely updates and communication. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement Handle client inquiries and concerns while maintaining excellent customer service. Coordinate with suppliers to track and follow up on goods ordered, including lead times and availability.

Monitor shipment schedules and work closely with logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Participating in sales meetings and contributing to the team's overall performance What we're looking for

Must be graduated (not currently studying). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and other office software. Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
