With regional experience spanning Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Laos, and Cambodia, PSC brings together consulting expertise, technology, capacity building, and project implementation to deliver measurable business and social outcomes.
As part of our regional Business Development team, you’ll collaborate with experienced consultants and industry leaders to shape strategic partnerships, secure transformational projects, and expand PSC’s presence across Southeast Asia. This role offers exciting opportunities to engage senior decision-makers, lead cross-border business development initiatives, and travel across the region to build lasting client relationships. This is a strategic, client-facing role for an experienced business development professional who thrives on building relationships and winning new business. We are looking for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, opening doors with senior stakeholders, navigating complex sales cycles, building trusted relationships, and securing high-value, consultative partnerships. You will lead the complete business development lifecycle, from opportunity identification and client engagement to commercial negotiation and deal closure, while working closely with our Sales & Business Development Executive to develop compelling proposals and solution strategies.
Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, financial institution and development sectors. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of strategic opportunities aligned with PSC’s regional growth objectives. Drive the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting and relationship building to proposal presentation, negotiation and contract closure.
Consistently achieve individual sales and revenue targets through consultative enterprise selling. Establish trusted relationships with C-suite executives, senior government officials, banking leaders and key decision-makers. Understand client business challenges and position PSC’s consulting, sustainability and ESG solutions accordingly.
