About the role We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join the Rip Curl Uluwatu store in Badung, Bali. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading retail brand in the surf and lifestyle industry. Based in the heart of Uluwatu, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance in our vibrant beachside location. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Rip Curl, creating memorable shopping experiences whilst supporting the store team in all aspects of daily retail operations. Key responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to all store visitors, offering product knowledge and personalised recommendations Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment Assist with stock management, including receiving, labelling, and shelving of merchandise Conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy Support promotional activities and campaigns to maximise sales opportunities Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and courteously Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets Maintain the store in a clean, organised and secure condition at all times Follow company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations What we're looking
