PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP), a leading retail and lifestyle group in Indonesia managing over 40+ international fashion brands such as Zara, Marks & Spencer, Lacoste, and others, is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant for the Balikpapan area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, demonstrating product features, examining merchandise, and ensuring smooth daily store operations while upholding the company's high standards of retail excellence.
Tanggung jawab: Demonstrate products' features; Examine merchandise; Carry out order intake; Provides customer service to clients and potential clients; Process orders and follow up with buyers; Organise product display; Prepare sales checks; Ensure stock storage safety; Plan aftersales arrangements.
Kualifikasi: At least Senior High School/Diploma/Bachelor's degree from reputable universities; Minimum of 1 year of experience as a store crew in a sales environment, preferably within the retail industry; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for positions such as Store Associate, Cashier, or daily worker; Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company; Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques; Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures; Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others; A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected; Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills; Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications; Requirements:.
