Sales Assistant

About the role We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join PT Summit Life Sciences in Bali on a full-time basis. In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales team, helping to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with our clients in the life sciences sector. This position is integral to ensuring smooth sales operations and supporting the achievement of our commercial objectives. This is an on-site role based in our Bali office. What you'll be doing Assisting the sales team with lead generation, qualification and management to support pipeline development

Processing orders, quotes and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate records Coordinating sales meetings, presentations and site visits for clients and internal stakeholders

Preparing sales documentation, proposals and follow-up materials Providing administrative support to sales representatives, including scheduling and correspondence Assisting with trade shows, exhibitions and promotional events

Supporting the sales team in achieving targets through proactive communication and organisation Liaising between customers, internal departments and management to resolve queries and issues What we're looking for

High school diploma or equivalent qualification as a minimum; further education in business or sales is desirable Proven experience in a sales support, administrative or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English required
