Main responsibilities: Job Scope : Responsibilites of target revenue and stategic partnership with the customer
Maintaining positive business relationships with key customer Responsible for identifying, developing and managing new and ongoing business opportunities of Lenses. Responsible for maintenance, monitoring achieving sales team target and growth of the responsibility accounts.
Managing sales team to execute sales and marketing plans to grow existing and new accounts Develop strategic appropriate Customer and product segmentation as commercial and marketing product focus. Sales revenues and growth of the responsibility accounts in Indonesia.
Coordination and managing account receivable for all responsibilities accounts in his or her team coverage. Account management staregy and delivery, include pre and post-sales activities, pre call plan, marketing programs, relationship building, negotiation, proposals, reports, presentations. Work closely with the related stageholder as a marketing and Finance to develop programs that maximizes sales potential and ensure timely execution and implementation of marketing activities and initiatives
Main requirements: Bachelor Degree Business / Marketing / Diploma Refraksionist Optician Should have prior 5+ years of experience at Sales management or Sales Operations or business development role
