Wismilak is a prominent company seeking candidates for its Sales Alpha program, an intensive development initiative aimed at preparing future leaders for the Sales and Field Marketing divisions. Participants will undergo On-the-Job Training (OJT) and gain exposure to market analysis, customer relationship management, and business growth strategies. This role involves active market visits, analyzing customer needs, and building relationships with outlets and distributors. Successful candidates will contribute to project improvements and be responsible for achieving business targets in their assigned areas, with the readiness to be placed in Wismilak operational offices throughout Indonesia.

Kualifikasi: S1 degree from any major (Management, Economics, Business, or Communication preferred); Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of work experience; Active organizational or committee experience in campus; Possess valid SIM A and SIM C driver's licenses; Willing to be placed in Wismilak area offices throughout Indonesia; Willing to attend the offline recruitment process at UBAYA Campus Hiring on October 20th.
