The Sales Administration role supports the sales and business development function by ensuring accurate documentation, smooth order processing, and reliable coordination between internal teams and external clients. This position is critical in maintaining operational clarity and enabling the sales team to execute efficiently and professionally. You will be responsible for managing sales documents, tracking orders, and supporting client communication throughout the sales cycle. Prepare and manage sales documents including quotations, invoices, sales orders, and contracts
Process and track customer orders from confirmation through production and delivery Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate order execution Maintain up-to-date sales records, pricing data, and customer information
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on order status and timelines Handle basic customer communication related to order status, documentation, and administrative inquiries
Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and internal summaries Ensure accuracy and compliance in all sales documentation, especially for export orders Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, order management, or administrative support Experience in manufacturing, furniture, or export-oriented companies is a strong advantage Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Familiarity with invoicing, pricing structures, and basic sales reporting
- Experience handling export documentation (PO, invoice, packing list)
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems (is a plus)
- Ability to communicate with international clients via email or messaging platforms
