Posisi Sales & Marketing Staff bertanggung jawab dalam koordinasi dokumen pengiriman (Manifest, Bill Of Lading, Letter of Authority), pemantauan pergerakan kontainer, penyusunan laporan kontainer idle, serta menjaga kelengkapan data dan kepuasan pelanggan. Peran ini juga mencakup implementasi sistem manajemen terintegrasi dan kepatuhan terhadap standar keamanan informasi perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Coordinating with all parties related regarding shipping documents (Manifest, Bill Of Lading, Letter of Authority).; Monitoring container movement.; Arranging reports of long idle container.; Maintaining effective data completion and data maintenance, as well as excellent customer satisfaction.; Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System.; Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to adhere to Integrated Management System requirements.; Participate in the investigation process of accidents or incidents.; Engage in the information security control process..
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in any field; Prior experience in Sales/Marketing of related industry (shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics) would be preferable.; Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.; Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.; Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); other foreign languages are an advantage.; Solid understanding of shipping and basic costing & pricing.; Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide realistic solutions to customer operational issues..
