Support electrical safety, HSE compliance, and fire safety initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable manufacturing operations
Kualifikasi: 1. Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; 2. Experience in HSE, electrical safety, or industrial maintenance is preferred; 3. Able to understand and create SLD is a plus; 4. Good understanding of electrical systems, energy management, and fire safety standards; 5. Familiar with HSE regulations and compliance audits; 6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; 7. Willing to conduct routine field inspections and monitor HSE implementation in production areas.; 8. Good communication and teamwork skills; 9. English proficiency is required; 10. AK3 Electrical Safety certification will be a plus Job Descriptions; 1. Responsible for safety activities within the safety section, including electrical safety, energy-related projects, and fire safety systems; 2. Support end-to-end compliance activities and sustainability audits in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements; 3. Conduct daily inspections on the shop floor to ensure proper implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards; 4. Ensure all electrical systems and installations are operated safely and in compliance with applicable regulations; 5. Assist in identifying risks and recommending preventive actions related to electrical and fire safety hazards; 6. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to energy efficiency and safety performance.
