Education: Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, or higher in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of relevant work experience in environmental health and safety (EHS), preferably within the logistics, transportation, or manufacturing sector. Proficient in English. Professional working proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is highly preferred to facilitate communication with cross-border teams or management. Certifications: Possession of a valid General Occupational Health and Safety Certification (AK3 Umum) or relevant safety certifications is a strong advantage. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent risk-analysis capabilities, and strong communication skills to handle multi-party coordination. Language Skills
Tanggung jawab: Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across the site, warehouse, and fleet operations to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations; Risk Assessment: Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing risk assessments and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) for daily operations; Incident Investigation: Support the investigation of workplace accidents, near-misses, and en-route emergencies, analyzing root causes and preparing detailed incident reports; Safety Training: Coordinate and assist in conducting safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and emergency drills for drivers, warehouse staff, and site personnel; Compliance & Documentation: Maintain, update, and manage all safety-related records, permits, and documentation required by local regulations and company policies; Safety Culture Promotion: Actively promote a culture of safety awareness, ensuring that corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are communicated and implemented efficiently.
