PT Sancome Nusantara Indonesia is a company operating in the telecommunications sector, currently focused on expanding high-speed fibre connectivity. The Regional Project Manager (RPM) for FTTH projects will be based in Makassar, South Sulawesi, and will play a critical role in overseeing and managing Fibre to the Home (FTTH) infrastructure projects. The role involves managing the end-to-end execution, delivery, and quality of FTTH network deployment initiatives in the region. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and managing project budgets to ensure successful project completion.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of FTTH project activities in accordance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards; Manage project teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, government agencies, and internal departments; Monitor project progress, identify risks and challenges, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery; Ensure compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements for FTTH infrastructure deployment; Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety protocols; Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and performance metrics; Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimise resource allocation; Liaise with local authorities and communities to address concerns and facilitate smooth project implementation; Provide technical guidance and support to field teams and contractors; Report project status and performance to senior management on a regular basis.
