The Rolling Operator is responsible for ensuring safe and efficient plate rolling operations while maintaining high product quality, meeting production targets, and ensuring equipment reliability. This role involves setting up and operating plate rolling machines for various fabrication activities, including cylindrical, conical, and curved components. The operator must be proficient in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications to monitor rolling accuracy, dimensions, and material quality. The position requires performing routine machine inspections and maintenance, ensuring all activities comply with company HSE and quality standards, and coordinating with supervisors and production teams to meet project schedules.
