Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi operasional harian outlet restoran guna memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP perusahaan. Supervisor akan memimpin, memotivasi, dan mengelola kinerja tim outlet, serta memastikan standar pelayanan pelanggan, kualitas makanan, kebersihan, dan higienitas terjaga dengan baik. Selain itu, peran ini mencakup pemantauan inventaris, biaya makanan, dan penanganan keluhan pelanggan secara profesional.
Tanggung jawab: Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure compliance with company SOPs; Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the outlet team; Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards; Monitor inventory, food cost, and operational expenses; Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is preferred; At least 2 years of experience as an Outlet Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, or similar role in the F&B industry; Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory control, and cash handling; Target-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction; Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays; Willing to be assigned based on company operational needs.
