Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Ensure the sales floor is neat, organized, and stocked with merchandise.

Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and store cleanliness.
