Retail Operation Manager

The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily store operations across multiple retail outlets. This role requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and supporting marketing initiatives. The Retail Operations Manager will lead and develop store teams, ensure operational excellence, and implement strategies to achieve company objectives and profitability targets. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple retail outlets to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Drive sales performance and implement strategies to achieve company targets and profitability goals. Monitor and evaluate store performance through KPIs, sales reports, and operational reviews. Lead, train, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams to maximize performance.

Ensure excellent customer service standards and resolve customer concerns effectively. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and in-store events. Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation across all stores.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with relevant departments. Collaborate with Finance, Inventory Control, Marketing, and other departments to support business operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.

Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and consistent customer experience. Prepare and manage operational budgets while identifying opportunities for business growth and improvement. General Requirements
