The Retail & E-Commerce Manager is a commercially driven role responsible for leading and developing the company's complete retail operations across both online and offline channels. The role holds overall responsibility for the performance, organization, and strategic development of retail activities, including physical store management, e-commerce platforms, warehouse coordination, inventory management, and customer experience. The objective is to build a robust retail operation capable of supporting continued growth by identifying resource requirements and resolving bottlenecks before they impact the business. The manager will report directly to management and oversee the retail team to ensure operational excellence.
