Posisi Retail Assistant menempatkan Anda di garda terdepan aktivitas penjualan produk luar ruang (outdoor). Anda berperan sebagai penasihat bagi pelanggan dengan mendengarkan kebutuhan aktivitas mereka, memberikan rekomendasi produk yang tepat, serta menghadirkan pengalaman pelayanan pelanggan yang memuaskan untuk mendorong keputusan pembelian di toko. Tanggung jawab Anda mencakup penyampaian informasi mendetail mengenai fitur, material, teknologi, dan perawatan produk, serta keterlibatan dalam seluruh alur penjualan mulai dari kedatangan produk di toko hingga produk sampai ke tangan pelanggan. Posisi ini menuntut orientasi tinggi terhadap pelanggan serta kesiapan bekerja dalam lingkungan yang berorientasi pada target penjualan.
Kualifikasi: Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred; Good communication and interpersonal skills; It would be nice if you have experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB); Customer Oriented; Willing to work shifts and work on holidays; Able to work in a target-driven environment; Available to join immediately; Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.
Kualifikasi
