Deskripsi pekerjaan
Retail Assistant berperan sebagai garda terdepan dalam aktivitas penjualan produk outdoor di toko. Anda akan menjadi penasihat bagi pelanggan, mulai dari mengidentifikasi kebutuhan aktivitas luar ruangan mereka hingga memberikan rekomendasi produk yang tepat. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk membangun hubungan dengan pelanggan serta memberikan pengalaman belanja yang memuaskan. Selain itu, Anda akan terlibat dalam seluruh alur penjualan, mulai dari penerimaan produk di toko hingga memastikan produk sampai ke tangan pelanggan. Anda juga bertanggung jawab untuk menjelaskan fitur, fungsi, material, dan teknologi produk kepada pelanggan. Posisi ini memerlukan kesediaan untuk bekerja dalam sistem shift, termasuk pada hari libur, serta kemampuan untuk bekerja di lingkungan yang berorientasi pada target.

Kualifikasi: Candidates must possess at least Senior High School (SMA/SMK); D3 or Bachelor's degree preferred; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Experience in the sales/marketing field (SPG/SPB) is preferred; Customer Oriented; Willing to work shifts and work on holidays; Able to work in a target-driven environment; Available to join immediately; Preferably a domicile close to the nearest EIGER Stores throughout Indonesia.
