The Retail Assistant is responsible for managing store inventory operations and maintaining store displays at the BPA Store. This role involves ensuring accurate stock levels, reconciling physical inventory with system records, and maintaining the aesthetic and cleanliness of the store's product displays to provide an optimal shopping experience.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor overall inventory performance; Perform daily stock reconciliation between system and physical inventory; Plan stock allocation and replenishment; Receive, verify, and record incoming stock; Analyze fast- and slow-moving products to determine replenishment priorities; Ensure all products are correctly tagged and priced; Investigate and report stock discrepancies; Inspect display products daily; Ensure products are clean, complete, and properly arranged; Replace damaged or dirty display items; Report display issues.
