Tanggung jawab: Operate the restaurant POS system and cashier; Manage daily inventory and stock control; Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests; Support smooth day-to-day restaurant operations; Deliver excellent guest service; Additional responsibilities; Process supplier deliveries and verify incoming stock; Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts; Prepare inventory and sales reports; Coordinate purchasing with the kitchen team to avoid stock shortages/overload; Monitor food, beverage, and operating supply costs; Ensure cashier reconciliation and accurate daily cash reports; Maintain organized inventory storage following FIFO standards; Assist with guest inquiries and reservations when needed; Ready to start in August; Fluent in English (speaking and writing); Experience in restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality operations; Familiar with POS systems and inventory management; Honest, organized, responsible, and detail-oriented; Basic English communication skills; Willing to relocate to Mentawai Islands; Additional requirements; Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; Good numerical and analytical skills; Able to work independently and solve problems proactively; Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience; Able to ride a motorbike; Salary & Benefits; Starting Salary: IDR 6,000,000 (Take Home Pay); Free accommodation; Three meals per day; Transportation provided by the company; A supportive international team; Opportunity to grow your hospitality career in a unique beachfront resort; Friendly multicultural work environment; Live and work just steps from the beach; 1 day off per week; How to Apply; Please send:; Your CV; A recent photo; A short introduction about yourself; Your expected start date; Ready for your next adventure?
