This position focuses on product development, testing, and improvement to align with market trends. The role involves designing formulas, concepts, or prototypes for new products from the initial stage through to mass production. Furthermore, the incumbent is responsible for training and mentoring outlet crews, coaching the team to enhance performance, and ensuring consistent standards of taste, measurements, and presentation across all outlets.
