Reservations Officer berperan sebagai titik kontak utama bagi tamu dalam mengelola seluruh proses pemesanan properti. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk menangani pertanyaan, keluhan, dan kebutuhan tamu melalui berbagai saluran komunikasi seperti email, chat, dan teks, guna memastikan pengalaman tamu yang memuaskan. Selain menangani tamu, peran ini mencakup pengelolaan ketersediaan kamar, pemrosesan pembayaran, serta koordinasi dengan tim internal seperti housekeeping dan maintenance. Officer juga diharapkan mampu mengelola pembatalan, menindaklanjuti leads menggunakan CRM, serta menganalisis feedback tamu untuk terus meningkatkan standar layanan properti.
Tanggung jawab: Serve as the main point of contact for guests; Assist with property selection, reservations, and payment processing; Managing room availability and preventing overbooking; Address complaints professionally; Enter maintenance requests based on guest feedback; Manage bookings, cancellations, and follow-up on leads using CRM software; Respond to reviews and analyze feedback; Coordinate with internal teams (housekeeping, maintenance).
Kualifikasi: Minimum 1 years in a Reservation role, preferably in hospitality; Experience in BookandLink, Airbnb, booking.com, Tiket.com, Expedia, Agoda is a plus; Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure; Fluent in English and strong communication skills; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
