Perusahaan manufaktur kosmetik terkemuka membuka lowongan untuk posisi Research & Innovation Specialist. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam melaksanakan riset dan pengembangan (R&D) formulasi produk kosmetik baru berdasarkan tren pasar serta kebutuhan pelanggan. Anda akan terlibat dalam pengembangan produk skincare, bodycare, haircare, dan kosmetik dekoratif yang inovatif, melakukan uji stabilitas dan kompatibilitas, serta memastikan seluruh produk memenuhi standar kualitas, regulasi keselamatan, dan persyaratan BPOM.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct research and development for new cosmetic product formulations based on market trends and customer needs; Develop innovative skincare, bodycare, haircare, and decorative cosmetic products; Perform formulation trials, stability tests, compatibility tests, and product improvement for existing products; Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Purchasing, and Regulatory teams during product development processes; Research and evaluate new raw materials from local and international suppliers; Prepare formulation documents, product specifications, and testing reports; Ensure products comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and BPOM requirements; Conduct competitor benchmarking and monitor cosmetic industry trends.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology, or related fields; Minimum 1–3 years of experience in cosmetic R&D or cosmetic manufacturing industry; Strong understanding of skincare formulations and cosmetic raw materials; Familiar with formulation trials, stability testing, and cosmetic GMP standards; Creative, innovative, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team; Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation; Placement: Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), Jakarta Utara.
