Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Product Development, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Research & Development, Product Development, or the Fashion/Garment industry
• Strong understanding of textile materials, garment construction, and product development processes
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate market insights into product opportunities
• Excellent research, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Creative, innovative, and passionate about developing customer-driven products
• Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and strong cost awareness
• Willing to be based in Kuningan, West Java

Tanggung Jawab

• Conduct market, trend, and consumer research to identify product opportunities and business insights
• Lead product development from concept creation through sample evaluation and production readiness
• Evaluate fabrics, trims, and materials to ensure quality, functionality, and commercial viability
• Develop product specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with Design, Production, Purchasing, and Quality teams throughout the development process
• Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and sales data to drive product improvement
• Identify innovation opportunities while balancing product quality, production efficiency, and cost optimization
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of research findings, product development activities, and evaluation results
