Kami mencari Representative Office Head untuk kantor Pekanbaru guna memperluas jangkauan bisnis di wilayah Pekanbaru dan Riau. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh atas pengembangan hubungan bisnis, pengelolaan operasional dan administrasi, serta memimpin kinerja keseluruhan kantor perwakilan. Anda akan mengembangkan strategi penetrasi pasar untuk meningkatkan volume bisnis dan pendapatan, mengelola portofolio, serta memimpin tim untuk mencapai target perusahaan. Posisi ini memerlukan kepemimpinan yang kuat dan kemampuan manajemen strategis dalam industri pembiayaan produktif.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and execute market penetration strategies; Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base; Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers; Review customer documents and analyze credit applications; Monitor RO performance and portfolio quality; Oversee RO operations including finance, accounting, HRGA, and administration; Lead, coach, and develop team members.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in accounting / business management or related; Minimum of 3 (three) year of experience as Account Manager / Marketing in a Financing Company / Banking Industry / Heavy Equipment Insurance / Heavy Equipment Supplier; Having experience in Heavy Equipment financing is an advantage.
